Train in a Private studio with a Trainer One on One (or small groups up to 4 people).

Boxing for Fitness Circuits Class

Boxing for Fitness
We have 4 Group Boxing Circuits sessions each week which always include Boxing Padwork, Bagwork.

Group Strength
There are 2 Group Strength Sessions per week using varied resistance exercises and equipment. Learn More ->>>

Studio Access Member

Like a Normal Gym Membership but includes support from a Personal Trainer, a Personal Gym Program focused on your Goals with regular Body measurements.

Boxing Circuits and Strength Classes are included at no extra cost

Meet The Trainer

Founded in 2013 by Brian Carlyle, Adelaide Beach Fitness is a renowned Personal Training Studio based in Grange, Adelaide.

Since the Age of 15 Brian has trained at a competitive level in Martial Arts. Also having worked in a stressful office environment for 15 years with lots of overseas travel, is also well aware of the challenges around time, family commitments, sleep, exercise and nutrition.

Changing careers 7 years ago to become a Personal Trainer has allowed Brian to use previous life experience and education to create programs that work and an environment where clients are comfortable whilst obtaining their fitness goals. Learn More ->>>
